THE CATO CORPORATION ANNOUNCES REGULAR QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

CHARLOTTE, N.C., May 19, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — The Board of Directors of The Cato Corporation (NYSE: CATO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share.  The dividend will be payable on June 26, 2023 to shareholders of record on June 12, 2023. 

The $0.17 dividend, or $0.68 on an annualized basis, represents an annualized yield of 8.1% at the closing market price on May 18, 2023.
